John WashamOctober 29, 2021.Lance came out to help me look at my roof where water was flowing off our roof around the chimney and onto our deck. He took a careful look at everything and advised we didn't need to install a cricket or any additional gutters/downspouts to better direct water. He then came up with an idea of the best way to direct water around the chimney into our gutters. He had the work done a couple of days later. It looks great, was a great solution, and was affordable. I always appreciate when a company helps me understand what work is not needed and how to best address an issue without adding extra cost. Lance did exactly that. He communicated well, and I was able to easily pay by credit card at my home at the time of service. Great job, Nimmo team!
John TaylorAugust 17, 2021.We recently purchased a house that didn't have a thorough roof inspection due to snow being present, so my wife and I were worried about the actual state of it. I called Nimmo to request a consultation in order to get some peace of mind, and found the scheduling process quick and easy. Not too much longer after my initial call Lance Law, the manager of the roofing division, called me to schedule a time to come out to take a look, which was also a simple process as I did not have to be home at the time for him to be able to do his work. After he had finished his examination, Lance called me to discuss the health of the roof and what could/should be done to avoid any possible issues. He did not push any services, just stated the facts and made the decision easy. I'm extremely happy with my choice of calling Nimmo and will most definitely be using them going forward for any roofing needs.

I have dealt with 5 or 6 construction firms over the years for various home repairs, and I must say Josh Nimmo, and Lance Law at Nimmo Construction were a pleasure to work with. They replaced my roof and siding. They were very professional and got things done rather quickly. I picked out the wrong color of siding (small sample colors look good until they cover half you house), but the team got a color that matches and switched it out for me, at no additional charge. I was certain that since I picked the incorrect color I would either have to live with it, or finish the house in the new color. But they just fixed it, got the right color and got it installed for me. I recommend them to anyone needing home repairs!

They were patient with us in helping us pick out the color of shingles - even giving us addresses around town to find that had the colors we were thinking about so we could see what they really looked like on a roof instead of in a catalog. Once we selected our color, they had the shingles delivered on one day and the roofing began the next day around 8 am and they were completely finished and everything cleaned up and all the trash (and nails!) hauled away before 5pm! They have these awesome magnet things that pick up as much of the metal debris as possible. We're huge fans. Already getting a quote for our next construction project! HIGHLY recommend working with Nimmo!!
